We are a team of volunteer organizers who are passionate about the B Corp movement and our community of B2B members.

Christopher Arnold

Christopher is the founder of Care Deeply Consulting, a leadership development partner for leaders who care deeply about people and planet. He specializes in helping conscious business leaders strike a balance between healthy working relationships and achieving business results.

In addition to the B Corp movement, Christopher is passionate about employee ownership, having served as the President of the Board for the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center and as an Advisory Board Member with Truce Media, an employee-owned video production company. He has served as a co-organizer for B2B B Corps for over 4 years.

Jonathan Will

Jonathan Will joined GadellNet, a certified B Corp IT, Cybersecurity and strategic consulting company in 2023 to lead to lead the growth of the Colorado market and beyond. With over 20 years of sales, CX Leadership, and operations experience, Jonathan is an expert in creating partnerships and unique experiences that result in exceptional outcomes. He is passionate about business, community involvement, and service. He serves on the board of B Local Colorado, is a co-leader for the B2B B Corps US & Canada network, and on the Growth and Development Committee for NextUp Mountain.

Jonathan is a moderator and speaker on responsible/ethical AI, cybersecurity, and community partnerships. He has spoken at BLD Summits in Denver, the Pacific Northwest, and the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as the Ethical Leadership Forum in Vail. He serves as a judge for the CU Boulder Leeds School of Business, CESR annual case competition on how to sustainably power AI. He is also a writer and contributor to CO AI News.

Jennifer Wedel

Jennifer is a B2B marketing and growth professional focused on helping purpose-driven organizations turn their values into measurable impact. She has a particular interest in ethical marketing and flywheel growth. Jennifer gets a lot of joy out of strengthening the B Corp community through collaboration and mutual support.

Rose Penelope Yee (Our Founder)

Rose is Chief Visionary Officer for Green Retirement, Inc. After working in various management roles in banking and international trade finance, Rose was recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors in 2015 as one of the Captains of Industry in its inaugural recognition of the role that women play in the retirement plan industry. She co-founded and co-led WeTheChange, a collective of B Corp women CEOs with a purpose of “creating a radically inclusive and richly regenerative global economy.” In 2018, Rose received a B Economy Leadership Award for founding B2B B Corps and helping its members connect, build, and grow their businesses. Conscious Company Media recognized her as one of the World Changing Women of 2020.

In 2026, Rose announced her candidacy for the 2nd Congressional District in California. While she is no longer actively organizing B2B B Corps, we deeply appreciate her vision and leadership that founded our organization and we support her efforts to bring more inclusion and representation to our government.
